  • Internal personnel requirements assessment in cooperation with managers and, if necessary, preparation of job advertisements with subsequent handover to external partners
  • Preparation of employment contracts, employment references and other personnel-related documents as well as processing of entries and exits
  • Support in planning and implementing employee development programs
  • Organisation and coordination of training and further education measures
  • Advice and support for employees and managers in personnel matters
  • Handling employment law matters with external consultants and ensuring compliance
  • Support in conducting employee interviews
  • Management of personnel files and HR documentation
  • Planning and implementation of employee development programs

qualification

  • Completed commercial training and further training in human resources
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in human resources
  • Knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR management best practices
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Discretion and reliability in handling confidential information
  • High social skills and ability to work in a team
  • Confident use of MS Office and HR software
  • Fluent in German and English, knowledge of another Swiss language (French, Italian) is an advantage
